This playful breed comes in a variety of sizes including miniature, which means you can find the right sized dog to suit your home. They are easy to train and obedient of their owners making Schnauzers very entertaining pets to have.

Traditionally bred as guard dogs, schnauzer’s have a protective nature which means they are generally good with families and children. Just be careful with new people as they can be very territorial if unfamiliar with someone.

Quite an energetic breed, schnauzer’s do require regular exercise, but are not too tall or heavy, as to be a handful when out in public.
